Three quick steps to prepare a relaxing and refreshing cup of Yerba mate!

Another positive thing about Yerba mate is it's quick and easy preparation.

1. First, you add 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 ounces of water to teapot strainer. Then allow Yerba to sit in room temperature for 1 minute.

2. Second, add Yerba to the teapot and pour water (175F)

3. Third and last, serve in your favorite cup and let Yerba mate lead you to its unique benefits.
